At Heaven Can Wait Animal Rescue NY, we focus on saving dogs from kill shelters and providing them with all the love and medical attention they require until they find their forever homes. We work with the ASPCA and AC&C of New York City along with rescue groups in Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County, and throughout New Jersey.
